Concerning goods damaged upon receipt, corruot files & discs that don't play due to production errors:
Astral Arts Mendocino will refund or exchange the media upon request once damaged product arrives at the web/receipt address for Astral Arts Mendocino. Please email us at yonectar@mcn.org beore shipping it back to us, we check emails and update the site almost daily. If the purchased/delivered item does not match the listed item description on our site then the order will be exchanged.

Dissatifaction with contents of discs, screen savers, or books will not be deemed sufficient to provide a reason for refund.

Terms like "soothing" "relaxing" and "healing" are subjective terms that the customer may or may not agree with as used by Astral Arts Mendocino.

The term "art DVD" and "Art DVD" are really generic and can mean anything as the media is entirely new and it's use defines it's ever-expanding role.
